End-of-Life messages

roda IT solutions assume an integral role in a wide variety of defence and critical security systems that operate in a rough environment. These systems often have a scheduled service life of 5 to 20 years.

A reliable product road map provides a solid planning foundation for sustainable long-term IT projects. This includes a spare part supply guarantee of at least 5 years after final delivery, as well as a product life cycle of at least 3 years. This additionally includes official and timely End-of-Life (EOL) messages, with a subsequent last-time-to-buy (LTB).

This service scope far exceeds the normal service obligations resulting from the legal warranty regulations, and additionally goes beyond the typical service range of general IT hardware suppliers.
