The Lizard® RS13 is a revolution for mobile applications and perfect addition to rodas proven Rocky notebooks and Panther tablets, which are usually installed in vehicles. It is a full-rugged 13" Notebook that is ultra-flat and lightweight with a housing shaped of solid aluminum. The RS13 packs all the performance needed, and much more in a compact design.
Compared with the Rocky notebooks, the weight and height could be reduced by more than 50% to 3.2 kg and 31 mm. Despite the smallest installation space and low weight, customer-specific design requirements can be implemented for instance with the integration of military round connectors. Thus, roda remains true to its customization philosophy.
Without any compromises, the fanless Lizard® RS13 meets the requirements of IP65 protection (with open caps and optional AC adapter), MIL-STD-810G (environmental) and optional MIL-STD-461G (EMC) and Tempest Zone 1.
This qualifies the Lizard® series for highly mobile operations and applications under the most adverse conditions.
LEXIBLE MODIFICATIONS
The devices are designed to enable customer specific adaptions. Thus, the Lizard® RS13 already offers plenty of options on the back for almost all types of military connectors. If more ports are needed, the housing can be customized and the standard ports can be replaced by military round connectors.
CUSTOMIZED FOR YOUR MISSION
Additional military interfaces can be realized by means of a bracket system. This gives us the possibility to realize and deliver almost any modification required by the customer, tailored to individual request.

With its compact design, the Lizard® RS13 is one of the lightest, fully-rugged notebook devices on the market. Nevertheless, the compact design of the device is not limited to the possibilities of customer-specific adaptations. This makes it the ideal notebook for mobile applications.
