The current delivery situation for roda Solid IT products

Dear business partners,

with this update we would like to inform you about the ongoing difficult global supply situation.

The situation of component shortage is still clearly noticeable. Almost all raw materials, electronic
components especially batteries and transport capacities are affected. In addition to price increases,
we are also confronted in some cases with significantly increased delivery times, which may still
change at short notice. To ensure the general ability to deliver, roda has a stock of basic components.
However, components for customer-specific IT solutions are not included here.

We continue to do everything in our power to provide you with the best possible supply despite all
the difficulties and circumstances, and therefore we have currently invested an amount of around 3
million euros in the advance procurement of various components.

However, existing quotations may have to be reissued after expiry in terms of prices and delivery
times. Due to the component shortage, we are forced to adjust our prices. The offer validity is only 2
months.

As current delivery times we can state at the moment:

• Mil-Connectors depending on condition and type: 4 to 30 weeks

• Semi-Conductors: 25 to 52 weeks

• LCD Panels depending on model: 40 to 58 weeks
